Breathwork in Organizations
Lectures, workshops, and processes for developing focus, emotional balance, and resilience in a changing organizational environment
In a world of work characterized by uncertainty, high pace, and frequent changes, the ability to stop, regulate stress, and return to action from a place of stability and clarity is a critical skill. Breathwork practices support self-management under pressure, enable the maintenance of mental clarity, reduce burnout, and strengthen individual and group resilience over time.
The lectures and workshops combine up-to-date scientific knowledge on the connection between breathing, the nervous system, and capability, together with practical and experiential practice. Learning and practicing breathwork is based on breathing as a natural, available, and powerful resource within the work environment and personal life. During the lectures and workshops, we will learn how to use our breath as an accessible and powerful tool for regulation, stress reduction, empowerment, focus, and coping with pressure—using techniques that can be applied immediately within the work routine and directly affect the quality of performance, decision-making, and interpersonal relationships.
The lectures and workshops are facilitated by certified therapists in breath therapy and integrative breathing on behalf of the Breath Therapy Institute (BTI), with a broad background in organizational work.
Experiential lecture
Connecting scientific knowledge with practical experience
A lecture combining up-to-date research knowledge with practical experience. The lecture presents the principles of working with breath as a tool for emotional, mental, and physical management in a high-pressure work environment.
What does the lecture include?
- The science behind breathing – introduction to research knowledge on the connection between breath, the nervous system, emotional regulation, and performance. Includes a real-time demonstration with a biofeedback device.
- Experiential and practical engagement – breathing exercises and various techniques for experiencing regulation, focus, clarity, and relaxation.
- Tools for daily application – learning simple, accessible techniques for use at work and in personal life.
Who is it for: employees, managers, and teams interested in understanding the effects of breathing and practicing immediate tools to improve well-being, professional and personal focus, and performance.

Experiential Workshop
A full experience of breath and body awareness
A workshop focusing on deep breathing practice. The full experience allows for the release of blockages, mental quiet, body connection, clarity, and insights.
What is in the workshop:
- Explanation and study of the science of breathing
- Breathing session (ideally while lying on mats)
- Learning breathing principles and techniques for daily use
- Receiving practice materials for follow-up
- Breathing session while lying down
Who is it intended for: teams or groups interested in a deep and bonding experience, for experiential learning and the implementation of tools for daily use.

תהליך מתמשך המאפשר פיתוח יכולות דרך הגוף והמיינד, לאורך שמונה מפגשים בני 2–2.5 שעות. התהליך בונה מרחב עקבי של הקשבה, העמקה, בהירות וחיבור לגוף, בו הנשימה משמשת ככלי מרכזי לניהול עומס, שחיקה ולחץ מתמשך, ולחיזוק החוסן האישי והקבוצתי.

- תהליך קבוצתי רציף ומובנה לאורך 8 מפגשים
- עבודה עם הנשימה ככלי לוויסות, חוסן ויציבות במצבי עומס
