About Us
The Breath Therapy Institute has been active since 2013. The institute is managed and led by Nimrod Kaufman, Anna Lev Ari, Irit Netzer-Kaufman, and a professional team that accompanies all the institute's activities.
At the core of our vision stands the desire and mission to make breathing accessible and to spread it as a tool for improving the life experience on all levels, to as many people as possible around the world. The fulfillment of this vision is carried out through the transfer of knowledge and the creation of experiential breathing spaces: training therapists, workshops, retreats, lectures, podcasts, 1*1 breathing sessions, and more.
The community includes over 300 graduates across the country, who spread the therapeutic approach taught and implemented here—a gentle approach, based on listening and creating a held and safe therapeutic space, while maintaining uncompromising professional standards.
